I wrote a book about it.

I spent 25 years inside the system. Preaching. Planning. Building. Protecting the machine. I believed I was serving Jesus while serving an institution. Then something broke. Not my faith. Everything built around it.

You Did'nt leave Jesus.

You left the system. You started wondering if there was a difference between the two — or if you’d just been told there wasn’t one. You’re not alone in that. Millions of people are leaving the institution right now. Most of them aren’t leaving God. They’re leaving a version of him that was never really him to begin with.

You already knew there was a difference. That’s why you left. And that’s why you’re here.

Jesus was there.

In the people. Even in the broken, well-meaning mess of the institution. He doesn’t leave just because his Church loses the plot. But a system meant to carry his voice grew louder than the voice itself. And you couldn’t hear him anymore.

Leaving Church, Finding Jesus isn’t about leaving Jesus behind in the building. It’s about rooting yourself so deeply in him that no institution, wound, or reaction holds more power than he does. That’s the path this book walks. While discovering the Church Jesus designed it to be. Paperback Available April 27 – Get on our email list for updates!
